Awaken

Awake is an alarm clock for Mac that is capable of turning on the computer as long , and play a podcast, or playlist from iTunes as a ringtone.

No, you do not have to get up and go to the computer to turn off the alarm. Apple Remote turns off the alarmcan, so that you can sleep for a while.

Alarms can be configured to run at a specific time of day or for days you want after serving a period of time indicated by the user. This last feature is called Egg Timer and can run on full screen.

You can also set the countdown to make the computer go to sleep.
